    vibrating

    I hate personal development books as they usually are like bad cookbooks : you follow a step by step approach to achieve something you don’t really master, being told it is what you need most.
    This book found me in a period of transformation and helped me along the way: not telling me what I need nor that it is easy, but pointing to inner strength already there.
    I still relate to it regularly, not for the text but for the mood and energy it triggers in me.
    so even if I was the only one to use it, it would have been already a useful work, and apparently I’m not !
    so go and figure out if it works for you, you will not lose anything in trying.
