Amelia Noble realizes life is unfair, but she believes justice prevails in death. When Lu (Lucifer) taps the unemployed reporter to write the truth about him, God, Heaven, and Hell, she discovers the afterlife can be unfair too. Amelia's first visit to Heaven reveals a self-centered God who created humans for his entertainment. He becomes human and returns with Amelia to find people his game has affected. Their journey will determine the fate of Amelia's sister and expose many secrets, lies, and deceptions.
