Important ideas, could be more concise
The importance of the topics discussed in this book cannot be understated. A few nuggets - perks have diminishing marginal returns, your brand must align on the inside and outside, and increasing engagement between employees and the desired culture must be done through leadership. Overall good book, could be 90% as effective in a 2 hour audio book though.
