    Grateful!

    I have bulimia problems, although it is hard for me to accept it and I am currently in therapy to get out of this difficult problem. This book caught my attention and the first topic I listened to was the one dedicated to eating disorders. It has given me a lot of strength and courage and now I have more mastery and control of my body and it has been incredibly good for me. I am eternally grateful to the author, the meditation has helped me, and it is no lie.

    New healthy daily habits.

    I had to look in the mirror with this audiobook and admit that I had never loved myself. Now, as a result of the lessons I've learned, I'm learning to embrace my body and not to hate it. I find myself meditating every day when I previously thought it impossible, this new habit encourages me to improve in all other aspects of life and gives me the calm and focus I was looking for to lose weight.

    It works! and I'm chilled.

    I was skeptical before purchasing the audiobook, but I changed my mind immediately after few minutes. I've already had some results just by putting the first tips into practice, who knows how I'll become after learning all the techniques explained!

    An audio book on the better diet for attention

    I found this audio book is so helpful for me. Lots of positive thoughts to help you change your mindset about eating healthy and staying on track with your weight loss goals. A more beautiful mindfulness diet audio book with a safe and quick weight loss. I was listening to the audio book and had a specific idea of natural weight loss.

    I listen this book. It makes a lot of sense.

    I listen this book. It makes a lot of sense. I stopped smoking last year, by focusing on not smoking one hour and one day at a time. I will become healthier and lose weight with the common sense strategies in this book; one hour and one day at a time. Wish me well, because that’s what I want to be. Highly recommend this Audio-book. I feel like this Audio-book should be a must learn. Very easy to understand for newbies like myself . Special thanks to Krystal Wascher !

    A audiobook with truly awesome weight loss meditation! found this audiobook indeed awesome on how it was helpful and motivating to me and possibly to all listeners.     Great tool for weight loss

    I noticed a change in the way I thought about food about 2 weeks into listening. I used to obsess about what I was going to eat and when. Now I don't worry about it. I plan my meals out as I've always done, but I don't feel obsessive or like I'm constantly thinking about eating. This book is a nice tool to add to your tool belt to aid in weight-loss. I like how this book helped turned my thought patterns from negative food association to positive ones. Hypnosis techniques are really powerful!

    Already seeing positive results!!

    Only been at this awhile but has already improved my weight, and I'm feeling more confident to lose it much more. I'm also finding myself less hungry and wanting to eat better foods when I do eat. It reminds you of your reasons for losing weight and improves your attitude towards weight loss. So far I'm really happy!!
