What do we mean when we say we are an Evolutionary Church practicing Evolutionary Love?

In Evolutionary Church we not reclaiming a religion of love. We are for the first time in history claiming love as a religion. We are the One World Church, telling the new Universe Story through a new Gospel. The Gospel of Love.

But it's not just love, it is Outrageous Love which is not mere human sentiment but the heart of existence itself. It is not just eternal love but evolving love, Evolutionary Love-Love not only as a static, eternal constant, but love that is the ErosValue of all of Reality, grounded in eternity and yet ever evolving.

In Evolutionary Love, "evolutionary" means evolving, moving towards a more refined, more complex, more conscious, and more whole state. We evolve our understanding of what it means to be human, and what it means to love. We evolve our understanding of the nature of Reality, the nature of relationship, the nature of religion, of gender, of story, and of God.

In this new Universe Story, Evolutionary Love is the animating Eros of Cosmos. The One World Church becomes the institutionalization of a new politics of love, a new religion of love, a new science of love, and a new psychology of love, guided by the realization that eternal and evolving Evolutionary Love is the heart of existence itself.
