Enough, As I Am is a collection of daily journal entries written in real time during a season of deep self-reckoning. These pages do not offer answers or instructions; they simply tell the truth as it unfolded. This book is about sitting with uncertainty, learning to listen inward, and slowly discovering what it means to be enough without proving, fixing, or becoming anything else. It is offered as companionship for anyone finding their way back to themselves.
This book is a collection of verbatim journal entries written during a period of profound self-examination and change. The pages document an unfiltered process of learning to define myself on my own terms—of questioning external expectations, sitting with discomfort, and gradually arriving at a sense of “enough” that belongs to me.
Some entries reflect distress, internal conflict, and patterns of thought associated with an eating disorder and recovery. These experiences are presented as they were lived, without revision or instruction, and may be emotionally challenging for some readers.
This book is not intended to offer medical, therapeutic, or recovery advice. It is a personal record of becoming—of learning that I do not need to be good enough for anyone else in order to be good enough for myself.
