With money flowing in and villains going down by the week, Trev, Cassie, and Jack are building up a reputation as bounty hunters and rookie heroes. They're ready to make the official shift to hero work—as soon as they can convince the local police and military they're not out of control bounty hunters only pretending to care about justice.
Trev is more concerned with improving control of his power and taking down bounties than worrying about small fry. When a local street gang decides they're going to move into his part of town, he decides to educate them about how living a law-abiding life is far less painful, especially when being a criminal means going up against Trev and his friends.
A simple altercation blossoms into a confrontation with a far more dangerous enemy force who has seized control of half the city. Trev and the team are going to have to improve both their powers and their urban warfare tactics if they want to save their city from a dark conspiracy.
