    I used to be a wine professional and I was curious about what the author had to say. I personnally wasn't very interested in general wine informations because I was already aware of those things. I appreciated deeply her floor experience anecdotes, the scientific studies informations and her point of view on the cork dorks in general. I wish there was
    more restaurant anecdotes.
