Far into the future, the world has been torn asunder by meteors. The Cataclysm. The dust and debris from the deep space rocks have settled into the Earth and contain incredible power. The dust can change the environment around it, it can be used to power infrastructure, it can even be used to power weapons.
All former nations have been sub-divided into kingdoms, empire, and republics. Near endless wars are fought over the Dust and land. Some nations have mandatory conscription for all citizens to protect their land and resources. Axel Maze is one of those that are conscripted.
Is he mentally prepared? Can he kill when needed to? Will he make it to the next battle?
