A historical journey through 108 of Colorado's monuments. The tone of the entries is sometimes somber, sometimes with a dash of humor, but always appropriate for the subject. The time to sugarcoat Colorado's history is over. Telling the truth about our history is the focus of every entry. Having the author narrate brings the history to life, replete with sound effects, and appropriate ambiances. Suitable for adults and young adults. Includes a Foreword by Thomas J. "Dr. Colorado" Noel. Check out the sample for a section of the entry on the Sand Creek Massacre. The author narrates the book, and appropriate ambiances and sound effects are included.
