It all started with an anonymous letter....
It's unlike Erica Davidson's dad to meddle in other people's business, much less write an anonymous letter to a beautiful, young stranger. But that is exactly what Dean Davidson has done. Days later, the girl is found dead at the bottom of Cimarron Falls. Erica, a high-powered attorney in Nashville, travels to the idyllic town of Ridgway, Colorado, to help her parents navigate these shocking developments. Erica joins forces with the local marshal to investigate the girl's mysterious death while wrestling with a haunting memory from her childhood thirty years ago, in the very same area. Could the two incidents be connected somehow?

Erica and her sisters must put aside their complicated relationship dynamics with their dad as they help him piece together exactly what happened the day the young girl died. The results could be life-changing for all of them, and possibly career-changing for Erica.
