I read the book and the audio book is just as good, if not better. The audio book offers the ability to consume Change Your Life For Good in settings where reading is not practical.

I recommend this book for anyone who has been struggling to make a change. Follow the structure presented in this book, and change will not seem so overwhelming.

I believe it was a perfect choice for the author to narrate her own book. Her voice is patient and encouraging, never rushed.

her "accent" and send she focuses on too much negativity for me yes she offers some help but you have to listen to all the negative chosen words.
