Wonderful book and terrific narration! It's about so much more than just burnout, and it has been incredibly helpful to me. I'm sure I will go back and consult it on a regular basis.

This isnt just a book for women!

I LOVED this book and having both authors narrate was fantastic. So many valuable learnings, key takeaways for me were how to recognise and complete the stress cycle (getting those 20 second hugs in regularly now!!), how to SMASH the patriarchy, and how to let go of being a human giver and the expectation that I need to do everything for everyone. I so enjoyed the emphasis in this book on the importance of support and connection, we are not meant to do things on our own. Buy this book, it will enrich your view of life!
