    Incredibly insightful!

    I have always been curious about Buddhism. This book gave me a clear and concise understanding of its origin and its meaning! It has encouraged me to continue with my meditation practice and to grow and find more joy and peace in My life through my daily practice.

    Beautiful book

    I highly recommend it if you are interested in leading a happier more fulfilling life. Personally I have experienced greater joy and feelings of contentment by practicing the exercises in this book.

    Practical audiobook.

    The daily practices offered in every chapter includes so many heart opening exercises that are helping me get in touch with what’s really in my heart, allowing love to flow more freely both within and without. Highly recommended!

    Extraordinary audio book

    My first audible book on Buddhism and I have enjoyed it very much. Very well-written and understandable- also this book looks at a lack of self confidence from every angle one may be experiencing it and offers realistic coping mechanisms to help individuals improve themselves.

    Excellent intro into Buddhism and Meditation.

    I felt the book did an excellent job of explaining the different aspects of Buddhism. It was definitely what I was looking for as far as being able to explore and understand the concepts of Buddhism. In meditation part, the strategies you learn will help you to identify obstacles, set and achieve goals, and improve your thinking in order to help you become a more confident version of yourself. As a psychologist, I plan to recommend this book to others and will likely also use these excellent strategies to improve myself.

    A great start.

    I just finished this book on Audible and found it easy to listen to and encouraging. I will likely purchase the paperback version when it live on amazon, to highlight keys parts that I can revisit easily.

    Perfect start for Buddhism and Meditation practice

    A quick and complete overview of Buddhism and mindfulness meditation practice. I wish I had this when i was younger but no worries and glad i found it now and will show my kids.
