Description
In New York Times best-selling author Brenda Jackson's novel, a Westmoreland learns that rules are meant to be broken!
Rule number one for Bailey Westmoreland: Never fall for a man who would take her away from her tight-knit family's Colorado home. So why is she following rancher Walker Rafferty all the way to Alaska? Bailey tells herself she owes the sexy loner an apology, and once she gets there, it's only right to stay and help him when he's injured - isn't it? Before long, Bailey realizes home might be where you make it - if Walker is ready to take all she has to offer.
Enjoy a special Texas Cattleman's Club: Lies and Lullabies bonus prequel short story from Janice Maynard: "Reclaimed by the Rancher".

Great
I really liked this book and would recommend this book. It had a great storyline and sexual storylines. I wish this book was a movie or TV show. BayWal (a play on their names) had a great relationship I really liked how they gelled together. I can't wait to hear more about the Outlaws. The reason for Bart behavior which probably has to do with what Walker and Gar thinks about the Outlaw inheritance. Which doesn't make sense, because the adoption if legal makes him a legal heir. I hope Gar and the twin to the lady that saw him in Europe and thought he was a Westmoreland get together in the Outlaw series and the brother running for office gets with Bay's best friend. As always the narrator was awesome. Great book.
The cattlemen book was good and I'm glad the true came out about her ex best friend. I don't know why her man thinks they will out that betrayal in the future. She better keep it moving and don't look back or forward with that ex bff.

Close
The one I was looking for! I awaited the introduction of the Westmorelands and the Outlaws. Time to reconnect the original three brothers.

Mrs. Jackson does it again! This story was as good as the others! I have been waiting for Bailey's turn for love and was not disappointed!

Could not get through it!
The story was ok, but I could not get through it because the reader was so bad. His voice was positively irritating and when he read Bailey's part I had to stop listening. I also did not like the second book.

Another great one
Another great book by Brenda Jackson. I just wish the performance was better. Sean Crisden always makes the female character's voice sound so whiny.

Awful Voice for Bailey
I am struggling to finish this book because of the annoying voice used for Bailey. It is like the narrator has a piece of stick stuck in his/her nose and throat - too nasal and sounds like an old granny. This is the most AWFUL narration ever! Really disappointed as this is the last book I need to read.

Westmoreland stories are always excellent
I have read the entire Westmoreland series and adore all of the characters. Bailey's story was very apropos.
The female narrator voice is extremely annoying and disappointing.

Enjoyed the read
HaHaHa... Bailey was a mess, but I loved her impatient, impetuous self!
Good comfortable read.
Enjoyed it. Love those Westmorelands!

Needs better female narrator
I loved the male voice but the scratchy female voice was bad, couldn't imagine Bailey sounding like a dingy valley girl. Sorry. Brenda Jackson needs the gentleman narrator was great and maybe some more Shari Peele for African American books. Well onto Bane. Hope narration is good

Both books are very good
Bailey a girl after my own heart, she had get convictions & knows what she wants. I like her guts and willingness to protect what's she wants.
