This second book, Be a Leader of Character!, which is a step by step guide to developing as a character-based leader and is focused primarily on developing and growing your leadership skills to be able to lead ever larger organizations while maintaining your character and using your character as a leadership tool. The third book, entitled Focus on the Mission!, will integrate the first two books around the importance of mission focus to your success.
