À propos de ce contenu audio
We’re spilling the coffee, the celebrity tea, and a whole lot of relationship drama with singer, actress and social media sensation McKenzi Brooke! With 17 MILLION TikTok followers, McKenzi joins us and SnowWhite90210 for a hilariously unfiltered conversation that begins with Pol’ getting distracted by TikTok and McKenzi reluctantly sipping Armenian coffee—even though she doesn’t drink coffee. Will she survive the demitasse? And what will those grounds reveal when Pol’ reads them? We’ve known McKenzi since she was young, so we start with her signature magenta hair, her momager, her Miami upbringing and the surprising reason she began posting: her mother gave her three choices while her brother Reeve was filming in Los Angeles. She originally hated social media! McKenzi takes us back to dancing with Alabama and Landon Barker, whose mother Shanna Moakler has also visited our show, and the Cardi B impression that helped her early videos take off. But the real breakthrough? A 20-second dance with Reeve in a Florida Walmart aisle at 3 AM. We ask how that spontaneous sibling moment became a full-time business—and whether 17 million followers could each spare Patrik a dollar. McKenzi dishes on the nonstop grind: late-night auditions, hours of filming, eight outfit changes, doing her own glam, editing content, brand collaborations, and why consistency is the secret to staying relevant. We also talk about her expanding music career and the heartbreak behind her songs. Her track “SnowWhite” has an unexpected connection to our own SnowWhite90210: it’s about refusing to fall for a boyfriend’s fairy-tale promises. Then things get juicy when McKenzi explains how discovering messages on an ex’s phone inspired “Liar Liar,” why she once went back to a bad relationship, and how she’s turned betrayal into lyrics. We even get the scoop on working directly with Dolly Parton on Christmas on the Square—and the on-set nosebleed that brought filming to a halt. Then it’s Haute Topics time! We debate Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s reported phone-free wedding, whether guests should wait to post wedding photos, and the lessons from Scheana Shay’s wedding, for which Pol’ designed the gown. McKenzi tells us how Taylor Swift and Avril Lavigne influence her writing, previews her seductive dark-pop direction and “Kiss and Tell,” and weighs in on a social-media breakup discussion involving Madelyn Cline. We get into AI-generated imagery, authenticity, using AI as a creative tool, and Patrik’s unbelievable battle to put his own famous face on a bank card. We wrap with McKenzi’s gaming adventures, plenty of our signature bickering, and a coffee cup waiting to spill its secrets.
