Growing a business changes more than the business. At some point, it also has to change the role of the person who built it.

In the early stages, business owners do whatever needs to be done. You sell the work, deliver it, handle the administration, solve problems and make most of the decisions. Some of that is simply part of starting a business.

The challenge comes when the business grows but the owner's role does not change with it.

In this episode of The Entrepreneur's Roadmap, I'm joined by Liz Taylor of Legacy Coaching Group for a conversation about entrepreneurship, leadership, delegation and what it takes to grow alongside the business you're building.
