Things are heating up in the tent! 🌴☀️
For Week 3 of The Great Canadian Baking Show, the bakers took on Tropical Week! The Signature Challenge was a tropical-flavoured flan cake, the Technical was one of Lisa’s all-time favourite bakes to make at home, with a few added twists, and the Showstopper was a towering Pavlova stack that came with its own set of challenges. Thankfully, all the bakers rose to the occasion!
Along the way, one mystery ingredient had us breaking into song, and we had a wonderful time recapping all the tropical flavours, baking triumphs, and tent drama with the Fabulous Baker Boyz. Naturally, we dressed for the occasion!
