TT 03-21-05: THE HUMMING // A Brand-New Tiny Terror

Day 13 of 31 Days of Halloween 2026

Have you ever had a song stuck in your head?

What if it wasn't your song?

It starts with something almost ordinary. A child humming a tune, over and over again. The kind of thing most parents would barely notice.

But when the humming won't stop, a familiar sound begins to feel increasingly unfamiliar.

Today's Tiny Terror follows a parent whose son's strange new habit becomes a growing source of dread. Because sometimes the most frightening sounds are the ones you hear in your own home.

“My Son Can't Stop Humming the Same Tune and It's Starting to Freak Me Out” was written by u/FreeVBucksforXMAS and originally published on r/NoSleep.

Tiny Terrors is a horror anthology podcast featuring strange, frightening, and occasionally inexplicable stories collected through the Tiny Terrors Scary Story Exchange.
