In the book, One Fare University, you follow three friends through some of the major events that they must go through in one of the toughest culinary and hospitality management programs in the country.
Akira is one of the fiercest main characters, being skillfully creative, determination, with a deep dislike for losing and failing, that continuously uses his wit, and background to fight for his degree.
Sam is one of the nicest main characters, being resourcefully tactical, knows her way around vegetables and fruit, yet has a self-confidence issue, her kind heart really helps her out with communication with people while aiding in her true skills.
Leonardo is the last main character that is pretty fierce, with his skillful knowledge in the poultry, being strategically charismatic, and having begrudging admiration yet jealous rivalry with Akira.
With these 3, for the most part, sticking together through thick and thin, you will see them completing major stepping stones, learning characteristics about each other, and learning about how unpredictable the college life can be, which does mimic how their lives would likely be in post college.
