Susanna, a virtuous woman, is falsely accused of adultery by two corrupt elders after rejecting their advances. Facing death, she prays to God for deliverance. The young prophet Daniel intervenes, crossexamining the elders separately and exposing their lies. Susanna is vindicated, the elders are condemned, and justice is restored.
