a new meditation that I wrote juuuuuust for you,

I highly suggest an altar, or at least a candle.
I highly suggest you pick a quiet time that works best for you,
and a time that feels like it will work
- not just for today - but for the next time too.
Same space.... Same time.... to try to create a habit.
