Furthermore, Singh Sahab avoids real responsibilities by masking his inactivity with motivational WhatsApp GIFs and speeches.
The narrative follows Munshilal, an enthusiastic new employee, who gradually gets absorbed into this lethargic, excuse-driven system. Ultimately, the book acts as a mirror reflecting how workplaces often prioritize the pretense of work over actual productivity
