The adventures of Gracie from the time she was a kitten in a barn until she was a young girls favorite little cat are partly taken from that which we know, and partly what may have been so. It is true that the little girl told her parents that Gracie the cat had an imaginary friend, and frankly they couldn't see why it shouldn't be true. There seemed to be every reason to believe and no reasons why she shouldn't. And sometimes imaginary friends are not so imaginary after all.
