In Episode 17 of The Proof Keepers Podcast, Duane and Lacey continue through The Legacy OS and reach one of the clearest tests of any real system: can it still run when the person who built it is not in the room?
This episode is about transfer, continuity, delegation, and trust. A legacy is not proven by how well things work when the founder, parent, leader, or strongest person is present. It is proven when the rhythm holds, the roles are clear, the proof is visible, and the people inside the system know how to carry it forward.
Duane and Lacey talk about why a system that cannot be handed off is still too dependent, why shared structure must become teachable, and why the goal is not control from a distance. The goal is confidence that care, responsibility, and rhythm can keep moving through other hands.
