À propos de ce contenu audio
There are moments in history when humanity creates a tool so powerful that it changes not only what we do, but how we live, how we work, how we govern, and even how we understand ourselves. Artificial intelligence is one of those tools. We are no longer speaking about a distant future. AI is already here. It writes, designs, analyzes, predicts, translates, diagnoses, recommends, imitates, persuades, and increasingly decides.
It is present in our phones, our businesses, our schools, our hospitals, our governments, and our homes. It has become both invisible and unavoidable. That is why this book exists. The question before us is not whether AI will transform society. It already is. The real question is whether humanity will shape this transformation with wisdom, courage, and responsibility—or whether we will simply allow technology, markets, and geopolitical competition to decide the future for us. Regulation is often misunderstood.
To some, it sounds like fear. To others, it sounds like delay, bureaucracy, or resistance to progress. But true regulation, when done well, is not the enemy of innovation. It is the structure that keeps power from becoming abuse. It is the framework that protects people while allowing progress to continue. It is the difference between development and disorder.
