Good morning. New Hampshire. I'm DJ Huzz. That inch of snow on your car? Not done yet. Another 1 to 3 inches drops through mid-morning before tapering off around noon down south, early afternoon up north. Winter Weather Advisory stays in effect until 1 P.M. For southern and central areas. Roads are slick — especially side streets that haven't seen a plow yet. Down in Manchester and Portsmouth, you're climbing to 35 degrees. Concord and the Lakes Region hit 34. Up in the White Mountains? Also 34. The mountains might actually be the warmest spots today — they're sitting above that cold surface layer. Here's where it gets tricky. As snow ends, fog and freezing drizzle roll in this afternoon. Temperatures hover right at freezing. Untreated surfaces ice over fast. Watch your step on sidewalks and driveways. Tonight stays cloudy with patchy fog and areas of freezing drizzle. Lows settle around 30 degrees statewide. The weekend brings a raw Saturday — fog, drizzle, a few showers, highs in the mid 40s south, upper 40s central. Sunday improves. Partly sunny with highs climbing to the mid 50s as a cold front clears out. Then the warmth arrives. Monday hits 60 degrees. Tuesday could challenge daily records near 62 degrees — potentially reaching low 70s in southern New Hampshire. That's spring-like warmth, nearly 20 degrees above normal for early March. The warmth doesn't last. A cold front swings through Wednesday with rain, dropping us back to reality by Thursday. Take it slow on the roads this morning. See you tomorrow.
