À propos de ce contenu audio
Josh Smith is a landscape oil painter whose work has become a favorite among top golf architects, PGA Tour players, and natural golf lovers, with supporters like Tom Doak, Bill Coore, Ben Crenshaw, and Tom Lehman. His paintings have been featured at iconic West Coast clubs like Bandon Dunes, Pebble Beach, San Francisco Golf Club, and Cypress Point, and he recently expanded into plein air painting after starting his career in Sedona, Arizona.
On this episode of The Wednesday Match Play Podcast, brought to you by Eden Mill St Andrews, we talk about his work at Orinda Country Club, get an update on FlagBag, and dive into his oil painting journey, how he got started, what it costs to begin, and what he does when a painting doesn't go as planned. He also shares his favorite places to paint, including Cypress Point, and where he's finding inspiration for his next piece. This was a colorful conversation and an honor having Josh back on the show. Let's tee off.
