Topic: THE MYSTERY OF THE ENEMY!
Memory Verse: "But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive" - Genesis 50:20 NKJV
Bible Text: Psalms 23:5 NKJV
5. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.
INSPIRATION: There're many mysteries in and with God, but one that may never be easily understood is God using the enemy as a tool to further His plans for our lives. Why would God plant enemies around you and use them to birth his purposes? He can turn the heart of the most hardened enemy to work out a favour for you; they'll serve as instruments to see you succeed, giving you all the trade secrets to navigate difficult terrains until you win. This mystery is too deep for the undiscerning.
So the Psalmist says, "You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies." There're blessings God wants to release to you, but His default design is to release them to you in the presence of your enemies as a way of His show off! You're God's bragging rights; the authentic proof of His splendour. It doesn't matter how the enemy fumes and plots, he has nothing on you because God's got your back! Glory be to God. Hallelujah!!

The enemy's evil plans are God's raw material to further His agenda for your life! Know this and know peace!
PRAYER: Dear Lord, please help me to understand the mystery of using the enemy's schemes to birth your purposes for my life, and give me the grace to trust you through the process, in Jesus name.
