Logan Harris, CEO of Spotter Global, shared his background in developing small radar systems for military applications, starting with a project inspired by 9/11. He described the creation of a 2-pound synthetic aperture radar for drones, which caught the attention of DARPA, leading to the development of the Compact Surveillance Radar System. Harris explained how he founded Spotter in 2009 to focus on ground-based radar systems, which were successfully deployed with Special Forces.
