This week I met with one our clients Zara Kai, who is absolutely crushing it with her very own business in holistic health coaching.

Zara is a holistic health coach and wellness entrepreneur, known for leading with discipline, embodiment, and feminine flow. She began her transformation journey in 2023, committing to deep physical healing, weight loss, and gut health mastery she always knew she was meant to be seen and impactful—though the path wasn’t always clear.

With a background in Film, TV, acting. After stepping away from an unaligned direction, she chose to redirect her energy toward true healing and purpose. Through international travel to Colombia, certification in herbalism, and immersive study of Dr. Sebi’s alkaline lifestyle, she radically restored her health losing over 60 pounds in three months while cleansing and rebuilding her gut. This experience became the foundation of her work and continued study.

What began as personal transformation evolved into purpose-driven leadership. By documenting her journey online, she transitioned into coaching and mentoring women through gut health, weight loss, and lifestyle transformation turning lived experience into a scalable digital business.
