The World is a tough place to live, every behaviour is under scrutiny and these days, it seems that it is all recorded on a phone or tablet somewhere! As my own physical and mental 'close to the edge' experiences start to reduce, I'm convinced that Stoicism should be the guiding light! I'm also set on passing on my learnings to support and encourage others to grasp the nettle..........I've been lucky enough to work alongside some incredibly talented, resourceful and resilient individuals in high performance, both in policing and international sport. I've experienced both elation and trauma and learned to cope with both.My mantra, to learn something new every day still applies, even as I move grow old ungracefully through my sixth decade!
