Joanne welcomes Tashell Williams—wellness coach, clean beauty advocate, and salon owner—for a powerful conversation about healing, alignment, and sacred self-leadership. At age 22, Tashell went into surgery after doctors discovered her lung had partially collapsed—only to awaken with the entire lung removed. That pivotal moment became a divine wake-up call, pushing her to reevaluate her path, release people-pleasing, and step into her purpose.

Beauty That Breathes
Rooted in her personal health journey, Tashell has created a salon space that centers clean beauty, wellness, and spiritual care. Reflecting on the moment she realized the products she was using weren’t in alignment with her values, she shares: “When you know better, do better.” Now returning to the salon after time away, she’s also launched a new app, Hair Blueprint, to help others make more conscious, informed choices about their hair care.
