As an organizational consultant, focusing on health care and education, he became fascinated with the courage, resilience, and challenges his colleagues and clients encounter on a daily basis. In all his work, there is an affirmation of the principle of genuine human encounter, a belief mirrored in the words of Martin Buber – that all real living is meeting.
