À propos de ce contenu audio

After the Renegade mission by the crew of the starship Flying Dutchman, the UN Expeditionary Force thought Earth was safe for hundreds of years, at least.

After there was trouble on the homefront and the President had to authorize a nuclear strike on an American city, UNEF decided they did need the Merry Band of Pirates again.

So, the Flying Dutchman is sent out on a simple recon mission. But for the pirates, nothing is ever simple, and their mission will become armageddon.

I shouldn't be surprised, when you write so many books in so little time of course the quality will go down quickly. At first I was drawn to it without because of the good notation on audible, but since it seems that Audible doesn't include bad reviews in it it is easy to get so high (At the time of writing, Audible only lists 4 and 5 stars as notations for the global rating, despite several comments way lower.)

But let's get to the book. Humanity is in danger again, the threat is even worse than before and... Well they can counter that threat because the author decided that Skippy would just get more magic trics, and things set before as rules or way the ennemies act are just forgotten, making an otherwise impossible situation easy to deal with.
Skippy gets dumber with every book, not seeing obvious flaws in his plans that then get pointed by Bishop, who of course now thinks he is a genius.
I'm probably not reading the rest, I don't see how the quality could improve given the writing time, and I can't stand a book that changes the rules just to get out of situations the author put himself in to make it sound "badass".

I should'nt be surprised
