Many of the concepts that I'm going to share with you are pretty simple and straightforward. My goal and purpose are to get you from a new teacher to a seasoned teacher within six to eight months. So, I'm going to run through some concepts that will spring-load your teaching career. Are you ready?
One of the methods that you will use to accomplish this goal is to integrate technology into your instruction. I'm going to give you a few tips and tricks that I’ve used in the past to keep my students engaged. Technology creates a new environment where everyone is learning and firing on all cylinders.
Here are some of the ideas that I'm going to cover:
- I'm going to show you my super simple teaching process. I'm going to walk you through some of what a lesson should have, what it should include, and ways to reach your students. Again, these are processes that I’ve used in the past, and I’ve found them to be effective.
- You’ll discover why your dream for your students must be your driving force. What this means is you, as a teacher, are like a beacon of light. You're a beacon of hope. Welcome to your classroom, and believe it or not, for many of your students, your classroom will be a bright spot in their lives.
