I wish someone had taken the time to provide a blueprint on how this world is designed. From the perspective of a Black woman scorned, broken by a system that has constantly done her wrong.
This audiobook is an attempt to help out the youth, give them some tips on other options to pursue, as adversity will surely show its face. It's vital to have resources to help along the way, knowing how to recognize the signs, knowing your true power and paying homage to the most divine. My personal approach to providing a way to get through tough times one may face day to day, allowing my experiences to help mold your future truths.
Becoming an adult isn't easy to do, so look deeply in what I'm truly trying to portray; the challenges of this life are never far away, it's up to you in how this will play. Don't let these challenges take your integrity away. As a single Black mother, I have a point to prove. Don't ever let anyone write your story for you!
