Patrick Kennedy, known as Paradise Pat, is an artist, gallery owner, and author living in the Florida Keys. After years of struggling with weight, hunger, and the frustration of diets that never seemed to last, he changed the way he ate and lost more than 60 pounds while still enjoying real food and everyday life.

That experience became the foundation for Stop Storing Fat, a practical, personal account of what worked for him and why. When he isn’t writing, Pat can usually be found at his Islamorada gallery, creating art inspired by the Keys, telling stories, and chasing the next sunrise.
