New Liberty, Pennsylvania, was just a normal town until MINI-20 began infecting its people. Now, the city is quarantined, and Scott worries that he's infected. It takes a week to drop down to the final size of seven inches, but that isn't the biggest concern. A militaristic group known as the Sirens has shown up, led by the ruthless Ms. Sinclair. Now, they are going door-to-door, rounding up shrinking people for the "good of the community".
