The Reanimate Saga

William Butcher is Dead. Forever removed from the love of his life and the future they planned to build, the young navy pilot must now spend the remainder of his existence in service to the leviathan AfterLIfe Corporation. With a crew of fellow reanimate undead William is sent on a secret mission into alien space.

William Butcher is still dead, but maybe that’s not so bad. He’s found a home among the crew of the AfterLife survey ship Mictecacihuatl. Together, William and the crew prevented a massacre and (maybe) headed off a war with an alien species. Things are looking up for the undead pilot and war veteran. It’s time for some well-earned downtime, but William’s past is still catching up with him. Plenty of the dead want revenge against the man they hold responsible for the final deaths of 10,000 reanimates. Some of the living want him called to account as well. 

William Butcher is dead, and his life has gotten much more interesting. With galactic peace brokered, it may be time for William and the crew of the Mictecacihuatl to finally get back to their day job surveying star systems for resources. Humanity’s power players have other ideas. Earth’s chief diplomat is bent on revenge against rogue elements in the Navy and the government who started the war with the blood of innocents.
