When it appears Wylie has gone rogue and killed a local citizen, their skepticism turns into curiosity. As the bodies add up, Barrett wonders if there really is a monster living in Lake Wycolvia. The film crew become sleuths, facing intrigue and danger, as they attempt to solve the mystery of Wylie, the monster who has come out of the deep.
