This is the “Write This Down” podcast where your host, Shayna Griffin, talks about the various topics that are on her mind ranging from mental health to her favorite drink of the day. Shayna hopes to create a safe space for those in the LGBTQ community, Black and Indigenous People of Color, those struggling with mental illnesses, artists, and everyone in between. Shayna may be joined by different cohosts as she embarks on this new journey called podcasting.

Our artists hail from diverse backgrounds—musically, culturally, geographically.... What they share, though, is a burning desire—truly, a need—to create and express oneself. Origins reveals the source of each artist’s creative spirit, what fuels them.
