The story of Texas Ranger Zack Branson continues when he is reassigned to El Paso, Texas. He collaborates with his cousin, US Marshal Cal Branson, to try to control the rustling and banditry on the border between the US and Mexico. Zack and Cal chase a group of Mexican bandits across the Rio Grande River, confront them in a cantina at a small pueblo, and get involved in a shootout. While Cal is honeymooning, Zack and El Paso County Sheriff White go after cattle rustlers that were busted out of jail. Who will walk away and who will die is uncertain until the last shot is fired.

The Train Robbers continues the Zack Branson story. Texas Ranger Zack Branson is ordered to Comanche County, Texas, to investigate the robbery of an express car on the Texas Central Railroad train. Zack’s Uncle Ike is also in Comanche to investigate the train robbery. They join forces but get sidetracked when the bank in De Leon, Texas, is robbed. The trail of the bank robbers leads to Erath County, where they come up against a cattle baron and a corrupt county sheriff.

The Zack Branson series continues when he gets tasked with the assignment of finding a cattle rustler who’s stealing cows in Coleman County, Texas. Ranger Branson leaves his young wife and child in Fort Worth, puts Blue Boy and Lil Hoss on a train, and goes to cattle country to catch an infamous rustler. The rustler, Jack Sully, had been rustling cattle for years and no one had ever been able to catch him and bring him to justice.

Texas Ranger Zack Branson is tasked with the job of going to Montague County and finding out who killed a deputy sheriff. Once Zack gets involved in the investigation, he discovers that there are lots of factors at work. Homesteaders are being forced off their property, and the foreclosures are being bought for a fraction of their value. Zack runs into a cousin who is a US Marshal, and they team up to find stolen gold and a killer. Zack’s involvement causes an assassin to try to terminate his role in the investigation. Just when Zack thinks he has it figured out, he is surprised.

The Texas Rangers were Zack’s second choice, but once a Ranger, he was glad it had worked out the way it did. Zack teams up with a grizzled, old, former mountain man to track a killer who chose the Palo Duro Canyon as a hiding place. The former mountain man wants the reward, and Zack wants the fugitive. They struggle against a Texas winter storm and bounty hunters to find the killer. When Zack goes after Klan members who killed two Black men in Van Zandt County, Texas, the murderers decide the Ranger needs to die. The question becomes—can he find the killers before they kill him?

The Davis brothers saga continues when two girls are taken hostage by Comancheros. The Davises are hired to go after the girls and return them to their parents. Chip and Spike accept the task. They leave Jeb in charge of the ranch and ride off with Andy trotting along beside them. The brothers soon discover that they are facing overwhelming odds. It seems that no matter how many Comancheros they killed, there are always more. On their way to save the girls from a fate worse than death, they face renegade Indians, cattle thieves, and more Comancheros than they want to confront.

The year was 1905. Marshal Massey walked into Creek’s office and said, “You’ve been selected to go to Paris, France, and exchange law enforcement techniques with the French.” On the transatlantic crossing, Creek meets a beautiful young widow named Loretta Chandler, and is smitten by her charms. They agree to renew their romance after they get settled in France.

In 1903, Creek Rivers is traveling to Chicago by train to find the kidnappers of Harold McCormick, Jr., the grandson of John D. Rockefeller. As he dozes, his mind returns to his greatest challenge in tracking a criminal. In 1888, Creek was tasked with the responsibility of going to Norfolk, Nebraska, to catch a man who had killed a judge. The chase continues day after day, with one obstacle after another as he and the killer travel through the Dakota Territory. The ordeal finally ends at the Canadian border with a surprise ending.

The Davis brothers had survived the Wheelers and the Solomons, and now they were faced with a new threat. Iffin Smith was a no count from the Missouri Ozarks with little in the way of skills. The thing he was good at was killing. Ma Solomon paid Iffin $300.00 to go to Colorado and kill the Davises. On the way, he honed his killing skills and survived an Indian attack. After being saved from certain death by Jeb Davis, he recovers from his wounds at the Davis ranch and thinks about the reason for his trip to Colorado, and his promise to Ma Solomon.

Chip Davis gets mauled by a Cougar, while elk hunting and is nursed back to health by White Dove, a white woman named Melissa Johnson, who was adopted by the Cheyenne. The Cheyenne agreed to let him leave with the warning that they would kill Melissa if he led white men to their camp. Jeb gets drygulched on his way back to the Davis ranch, after selling horses to the army and has to contend with three bandits.

The Bounty Hunter: The Wheelers continues the story of Spike Davis. Now he has his brothers, Chip and Jeb, to help with the wild mustang operation, and their assistance in his life as a bounty hunter that seems to keep calling him back. Once the Wheeler brothers are captured and locked up in jail, Spike goes back to the ranch only to find out they have escaped and vowed to kill him and his family. While they are chasing the Wheelers, two more Wheeler brothers escape from prison in Missouri and head for Colorado to kill the bounty hunter who hounded their brothers.

The Bounty Hunter: The Legend Begins is the story of Peter “Spike” Davis, who leaves his parents’ Missouri farm to find his fortune in the West. By happenchance, he stumbles upon the role of hunting men for the reward on their heads, and discovers he has a talent for tracking, capturing, or killing humans. He takes some of the reward money he has accumulated, and buys a small cattle ranch in Bent County, Colorado, only to find there are no cows as were promised.

Deputy US Marshal Creek Rivers has a unique ability to track down and capture or kill men he is assigned to find. After he captures some of the most dangerous men of the period, Creek is summoned by the attorney general to find a little boy who has been kidnapped. Finding the Suggs boy, the kidnappers, and returning the boy safely put another of Creek's skills on display.

The Capitol Murders: The Mel Stubblefield Story. The Capital Murders is a novel which examines the deception, quest for power, and the lengths to which men will resort in their desires for control of our government.
