In each episode we will discuss diet myths such as: calories in = calories out, if you lose fast you'll gain fast or why you should not plateau if the diet is right for you. The topic of metabolism will be demystified in how it relates to weight gain or weight loss. We will also talk about science of nutrition as it relates to weight gain and successful weight loss.
