Albert V. Salinas Jr. is a guy who has had his ups and downs in life. He is still trying to get better in life and continues to work on himself. He has grown up in a Christian home all his life yet had not experienced God the way he has now in life. He happened to come across a true prophet of God and now has a totally different perspective about God because of the signs and wonders he has experienced since coming across the prophet of God. He attended Bible school and been on several mission trips to help others in different countries.

On or about July 10 of 1970, at the age of 17, Phil Snyder had a “Third Heaven” encounter with God, remarkably similar to what the Apostle Paul briefly describes in 2 Corinthians 12:1-4. What happened to him that night affected him in ways that do not remotely compare with anything else in his life before or since, and it has only been during the last few years that God has begun to reveal to Phil a solid understanding of this revelation in light of his word.
