Whether you are a maiden, a mother, a grandmother, or a great grandmother,

One thing is certain: That we are all daughters of this earth, of the sky, of the waters, and of the moon.

We are daughters of the medicine we carry, and it is my deepest honour to welcome you to medicine woman, a podcast where we embrace the wisdom of birth, life, and death.

Now, I’m not here saying that I am THE medicine woman, or that I have all the answers.

What I am saying is this, as women, we not only CARRY deep medicine, we ARE medicine, and each of us has something beautiful to offer.

On this podcast, we will listen to women from all walks of life share their stories, their teachings, and of course, their medicine.

In this space, We remember just how healing intentional conversation and storytelling really is.

This is a place to return to, time and time again, with a curious mind, and an open heart.

You won’t find answers here, but you will find questions, things to ponder, wonderings, and musings.

As women, our medicine is rooted in our hearts, our wombs, and in our stories.

Our medicine is woven within the fabrics of our dreams.
