À propos de ce contenu audio
It’s a healing journey.
The five stages of grief are denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.
The healing process is not linear, and it can take weeks, months, or even years. It's normal to revisit stages or feel stuck in one stage for a period of time.
Some other things to consider when healing from trauma include:
Shock and disbelief: You may feel numb or in shock immediately after the traumatic experience
Emotional upheaval: Intense emotions, such as anger, sadness, and fear, can surface
Understanding and acceptance: With time and support, you can begin to understand and accept what has happened
Healing: You can cope with and manage symptoms through therapy, support groups, or other treatment methods
Growth and renewal: You may experience personal growth and a sense of renewal
Pain levels: As your mental health improves and you heal emotionally, your pain levels should decrease
Feeling like yourself: You should be able to feel like yourself even when your moods, thoughts, and bodily sensations change
