      Hello,

      As the Word to the Weary podcast is all about peoples experience with pain, it seemed fitting I should share my own 13 year long journey. With the help of my husband, who doesn't suffer brain fog and scatterbrain, I share my history and the strategies I've used over the years to cope. 

      We're all different but I hope some of these will be of some use to you. It does go on a bit (55 minutes) and the last half is definitely more relaxed and, I hope, helpful. 

      We're new at this so I'm sure the production quality and content can only get better.
