Low-key? My drive to be a better mother played a role too (my daughter just turned 18, y’all ). I wanted to understand the woman's body... not just intellectually, but generationally. So beyond studying women’s sex education, orgasm, and arousal science…

I’ve lived this journey personally.

I was once a woman who felt little to nothing during sex.

Disconnected.

Numb.

Present in body but not in sensation.

But when I began learning how to open my pleasure capacity…

Everything changed.

That understanding became the key to becoming orgasmic through intercourse... even simple, connected intercourse.

So this episode is me, as a woman and as a mother, sharing both my knowledge and my lived experience... so that other women can finally understand what it means to feel fully alive inside their bodies… And fully expressed inside of sex.
